If the process setting of pouring and filling is too long, the temperature of the pouring steel liquid is low during the pouring process, especially for the position where the wall thickness of the casting increases, the solidification speed of the pouring steel liquid is slow, resulting in a long liquid-solid residence time, which promotes the action time of the steel liquid and the thermal decomposition products of the pattern, and increases the amount of carburization and carbon deposition of the steel casting.

Effective production operation control methods are adopted for production operation control management, and the operation quality of smelting, batching calculation, actual batching, material selection, and feeding of castings is strictly controlled to minimize and eliminate the process conditions and conditions of carbon increase, carburization, and carbon deposition during the pouring process, and fully qualified low-carbon steel castings can be produced.


       When using medium-frequency smelting lost foam casting of low-carbon steel castings, strictly control the carbon content of the smelting batching, and use high-quality return charge with low carbon content and few impurities for smelting and casting, which can fully produce high-quality low-carbon steel castings.
