The vent holes are thin and numerous, which not only exhausts air smoothly but also dissipates heat.

       5. When a riser is needed, move the hot riser and leave the hot spot. If the riser is placed on the hot spot, the riser size will inevitably be increased, forming "heating on heat". If it is not done well, not only will shrinkage porosity be difficult to eliminate, but also concentrated shrinkage cavities will be generated, which will reduce the process yield.

       6. Change the position of the inner runner.

       7. The selection of molding materials with high heat storage capacity is extremely important for the production of wear-resistant products using the lost foam process! Replacing quartz sand and other sands with low heat storage capacity with chromite sand will achieve good results.
