1. Blanking
According to the blanking drawings and requirements, the steel plate is blanked, and the blanking is leveled after the blanking is completed.
2. Assembly
Assemble the steel plates according to the drawing requirements, tack weld, and then weld as required.
3. Inspection
Inspect the part blanks according to the welding drawings.
4. Aging treatment
The welded parts are subjected to aging vibration treatment to eliminate stress.
5. Machining
Turn, cut, and drill the welded part. After machining, perform machining inspection according to the product drawing requirements.
6. Assembly
Assemble the parts. After the assembly is completed, first open and close once, then open and close three times. It is qualified if the opening and closing is flexible and does not get stuck; then perform a shell test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and it is qualified if there is no leakage; then perform a sealing test, the test pressure is 1.1 times the nominal pressure, and the national standard GB/T13927 is qualified.
7. Painting
Paint the valve according to user requirements, first apply anti-rust paint, and then apply top coat.
8. Packaging
Packaging according to product and user requirements. The main defects of castings are sand holes, air bubbles, etc.; the main defects of forgings are large grains, rapid cooling, cracks, fissures, etc.
